An Electrical Engineer with a minor in Computer Science, JT had an impressive multi-faceted 28-year career of Executive leadership in the corporate world, and in start-ups of Information Technology companies. Over that time period -- as an aside -- he amassed considerable success as a real estate "client", having new homes built as well as renovating for his personal residence.

An Ohio native, Meghan Iacofano relocated to the Tampa Bay area her senior year of high school. She bought her first home in Seminole Heights 5 years ago, having grown up in the Valrico/Brandon area and has joined the Stephen Gay Group who has sold over 300 million throughout the Tampa Bay market.

Joe Sackville grew up in Watchung, New Jersey, and graduated from the University of Richmond, with a BA in History. Following graduation, Joe accepted a position at American Express headquarters in Manhattan. He worked in managing marketing groups for both the Corporate Card and Sign & Travel products. After ten years at American Express, Joe took the helm at his family’s business, PSI, an insurance re-underwriting company.
